I ordered my usual size, and the fit was just really off. It was tight in some areas, loose in others, and felt awkward overall. I even checked the size chart before buying, so that made it more frustrating. I feel like the sizing used to be more reliable, but this time it just didn’t work for me. Probably not worth the hassle to order again.

The box came all smashed up, so that wasn’t a great start. The packaging was awful, and the product seems to work only when it wants to. Sometimes it’s fine, other times it just doesn’t cooperate. Frustrating overall.

I ordered a pouch and belt from Refactor Tactical a little while back, they’ve both held up really well. I’ve used them on a few range days and, you know, tossed them around in my truck a bunch, and the stitching still looks good. I took one star off because the shipping was slower than I expected, but overall, the gear itself feels tough and solid.

It’s not terrible, and it seems okay overall, but I’m still not fully convinced. I was hoping to feel more confident about it by now, but my trust in it is kind of mixed

I ordered from refactortactical.com and got a tracking number quickly, which was nice. The only thing was that the tracking didn’t really update much for a couple days, so I was kind of wondering, is it moving?? Did it get stuck somewhere?? But the package showed up in good shape and took about as long as I expected. Overall, good experience, I just wish the tracking info was a little clearer.

I reached out to customer service about my order, but the replies were really slow and didn’t actually answer my questions. The tone felt kind of dismissive, like I was the one having to keep pushing for basic help. After chasing them around, I still didn’t really get anywhere.

The only small thing was that the tracking took a little bit to update at first, so I wasn’t totally sure what was going on right away. But after that, everything went smoothly, and the package showed up in good shape. Overall, it was a good experience and I’d order from them again.

The biggest thing for me was that the items I needed were actually in stock. I’ve gotten so used to clicking around on sites, finding the gear, then realizing it’s backordered or unavailable or whatever, and then somehow I’m twenty minutes into comparing other options I didn’t even want. This site just had what it said it had, which was kind of refreshing.

Checkout was simple enough, and I got updates after I ordered, so no complaints there. Nothing super dramatic to report, just one of those rare times where ordering online didn’t turn into a whole project. Nice when a site doesn’t waste your time. 5 stars from me.

Design looks decent overall, but feels a bit cluttered once you start going through the pages. Could be cleaner and easier to follow.

I did end up finding what I was looking for, so that’s a plus. But the pages loaded a little slow for me, and the menu on my phone felt kind of all over the place. Not terrible, just not super smooth. Checkout was fine though, which was DEFINITELY a relief.

It felt way too expensive for what actually showed up. I expected a lot better for the price, and when I reached out to support, I kind of felt like they were blaming me instead of trying to help. Overall, disappointing.
